After agreeing on a price we will book in a photo appointment for the property and our local real estate expert will prepare to go online with the sale of your property
Now we are in the selling phase where your property is shown in over 40 countries. the local expert will handle most german speaking viewings and we will take care of the international potential buyers
After a succesfull viewing the potential buyers will put in a officially binding offer if this is accepted from your side we can move towards the official purchasing contract.
Ones the purchasing contract is finished and ready to be signed both parties will sign the official contract at the notary
After the money has been paid into the escrow account the request to change owner can be send to the land registery.
When the ownership officially has been transferred the key transfer can take place including a official protocol to check for any damages that were not aware of before.

Costs:
There are no upfront costs for our services. Each client agrees to a success fee, which is a standard real estate commission paid after the purchase contract is signed. This commission is set at 3.6% of the total purchase price.
