About Easy Real Estate

Erik Zwart, the company's founder, has always had a love for real estate and a desire to live in the mountains. Erik, who relocated to Austria in 2020 and lived out his lifetime goal of moving to the stunning mountain nation, was born in the Netherlands in 1997.

Erik met numerous ex-pats in Austria who discussed their experiences with foreigners renting or purchasing real estate there. After hearing tales of their struggles and obstacles, he realized he could be of assistance. As a result, Erik began the procedure to become an officially authorized real estate agent in Austria in the summer of 2022. After completing the required coursework and training, he became one of the few multilingual real estate agents in the area.

Erik officially started Easy Real Estate in the fall of 2024 after working for a local real estate agency for 2 years. offering a solution for foreign buyers who are investing or relocating in or to Austria. The mission is to give our clients the ideal combination of international and local real estate guidance which gives them the best start of their new chapter in life.
